Ginkgo Hoop Earrings with Canary Yellow Chalcedony

Probably one of the oldest of my botanical designs, the ginkgo hoop, but with a sort of "fooled you" effect at the stem. The true "stem" of this leaf goes all the way around to create the hoop. However, once the stem continues on, to bypass the leaf again, it actually registers as the true stem. Nestled against the stem, near the leaf, is a rose cut piece of canary yellow chalcedony. Sort of a milky translucency, it really glows a beautiful yellow.

These earrings measure 2" from the top and weigh 3 grams.

If you are rough on your jewelry, you will want to treat this with gentle care. While sturdy, elements should never been twisted, torqued, bent, or pulled/yanked.

All of my work, unless copper or brass (you'd see the difference), is 0.925 sterling silver.
